We start by removing ALL the old interior including all plastic, fabric, carpet, all screws bezels, door panels,
armrest and seats & side panels.
Seats, we remove all the old padding and replace with all new foam custom contured to our specs.
We than stitch all new seat covers with French seems made out of the best quality material possible (Ultra Leather) it is the softest most comfortable material that one can use.
The side panels are all custom stitched to our spec , All armrest are all French seemed just like you would expect as in a high end luxury car.
All interior plastic is deep cleaned and re-dyed any interior plastic that does not meet our expectations is replaced with new!
The plasic is then reinstalled with ALL new stainless screws and bezels just as if it were a brand new plane.
We install all new interior carpet custom fitted to all the floor area’s
We install all new windless around the cargo door opening and the main cabin door opening!
We paint all door jams.
All this is done with all FAA certified materials and burn certifications!
