The 58TC has a stronger wing spar than the regular Baron and the wing spar AD, does NOT apply.

Plane was stored for 14 years inside heated hangar! (Always Hangared!)
Plane returned to service July, 2019
Engines completely gone through in 2019 for return to service to include, all new fluid carrying hoses, both engines have newly overhauled fuel systems, turbo’s, waste gates, Absolute pressure controller. Cylinders pulled and cam shafts inspected.
