355 Total Time Since New, Stored in Heated hangar all it’s life. One of a kind (you can’t turn back the clock!)
Aircraft was owned by former fighter pilot/business owner and kept in personal private hangar/home logs start in 1980 as the 1st log was lost which was 1 year missing 1980 to present I have!
We pulled the engine and did the oil pump AD for gear replacement and inspected everything inside, Everything looked very nice with no signs of corrosion.
All Compressions were 75, 76/80
We did all AD’s inspected non sealed struts and inside and showed NO signs of corrosion and linseed oiled
We installed all new bungee cords both landing gear
Installed new G-35 Battery
installed new ELT battery & tested
Has glider tow hook set up!

interior is a 9 1/2 as nice as get for a used aircraft!
outside is a 7ish a little bite of touch ups could be done as it has some flaking but fabric is in great condition!
